Since 2014, Decareau + Associates has represented talented individuals and businesses in the health and medical fields. The founder, Ellen Decareau, has broad and deep communications experience in positioning large and small health care, biotech, and nonprofit organizations. Her diverse portfolio of experience includes public relations, issues management, writing, content marketing, community outreach, and video production.



Prior to launching Decareau + Associates, Ellen oversaw the external communications for Seton Healthcare Family, served as investor relations and corporate communications officer for the biotechnology company, Dyax Corp., and helped plan one of the American Cancer's Society's largest fundraising events, the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Boston, Massachusetts.
